36-year-old mother of two with postpartum breast droop (ptosis) with her nipples pointing to the floor. A breast lift (mastopexy) reshaped her breasts, rearranged her breast tissue, lifted her nipples and reduced her areola diameter. She felt comfortable going without a bra and her breasts looked more youthful. Follow up images at 6 months after surgery are shown.
