53-year-old Mom with post-pregnancy sagging of her breasts and nipples pointing to the floor. A mastopexy reshaped and lifted her breasts, raised her nipples and reduced her areola size, and created better symmetry overall. Liposuction of the axillary rolls debulked this area and contributed to an aesthetic and more youthful appearance to this part of her body. Follow-up images at 2 months after surgery are shown.
