Before and after abdominoplasty with liposuction in a 43 year old mother of three. While she did not have the most significant abdominal overhang of extra skin and fat, her personal goal was to get back to her pre-pregnancy state.

A tummy tuck removed excess lower abdominal skin and replaced her former irregular and tilted C-section scar. Her rectus abdominis muscles were repaired to one another in the midline, restoring the flat abdominal contour that she worked for so hard at the gym. Her abdominal skin was stretched downward, tightening her contour further.

Liposuction of her abdomen and flanks further defined her waist. Follow up images are shown at one year.
