Before and after labiaplasty in a 63 year old woman. She was planning a Mommy Makeover including a breast lift and liposuction of the pubic region, and she wanted to address her excess labia minora tissue at the same time.

The portion of the labia minora that hangs lower and outside the labia majora that is more darkly pigmented and has an irregularly cobblestone-like texture is generally trimmed in a labiaplasty. Thus, the technique we use is called the “trim technique”.

Follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery.
