Before and after liposuction of the arms in a 32 year old woman. As a fitness instructor, she was very fit and at her ideal body weight. She wore workout clothes for a living – however, she felt her arms did not match her fit lifestyle nor represent the hard work she put in to arm strengthening!  

Liposuction of the arms was performed as a straightforward outpatient procedure.  Postoperatively, she wore compression sleeves and avoided intense exercise herself for 2 weeks (when the bruising resolved).  

Follow up photos are shown just 6 weeks after surgery. Her early results are impressive! Pink incisions used for the liposuction are starting to fade. Her muscle form is starting to show beneath her skin. It will take several more months for the rest of the surgical swelling to go away.
