Before and after MACS neck lift in a 65 year old woman. She had significant sun damage and an aged looking neck. She felt her neck looked decades older than she felt!  

A MACS lift resuspended her jowls, lifted her neck and lower face and created a natural, refreshed look. None of the kids on the school bus she drove noticed her scars, but they all expressed how pretty she looked after a summer off work!

Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery, with a close-up of Dr. Horton showing her scar. The MACS lift scar lies from the bottom of the earlobe below, running in front of the ear, and zigzagging below the sideburn.
