Before and after liposuction of the abdomen and circumferential flanks (“lipo 360”) in a 49 year old woman. As part of her Mommy Makeover, she wanted to finally rid herself of excess fat in her midsection and her love handle region.

Over 4 liters of fat was removed using several tiny incisions hidden in natural creases. Postoperatively, she wore an abdominal binder as her compression garment and transitioned to shapewear when that felt most comfortable.

Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. By strategically removing fat from above the buttocks, the prominence of the gluteal region is accentuated, providing results comparable to a “BBL”. Her results are transformative!
