Before and after liposuction of the abdomen, inner and outer thighs in a 34-year-old woman. She was planning a breast revision and wanted to reduce her lower abdominal “pooch” and her thighs at the same time.

Liposuction permanently removed nearly a liter and a half of fat through 3 mm incisions hidden in skin creases whenever possible. After surgery, she wore compression under her clothes or opted for yoga pants whenever possible to encourage surgical swelling to resorb the fastest.

Long-term follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with stable results and mature scars that are barely perceptible.
