Before and after labiaplasty in a 42-year-old woman. She had discomfort during running and when she had sex. A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue in a straightforward outpatient office procedure.

Follow up photos are shown 7 weeks after surgery. Her labia minora are still swollen but she already has no discomfort exercising or being intimate with her partner. With time, things will look even better.
