Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 48-year-old woman. She had undergone a couple of lumpectomies and was no longer scared of having surgery. She had thought about a breast reduction and lift for many years, and finally felt ready to go ahead.

A small amount of breast tissue was removed from each side. Her breast tissue was rearranged to create a lifted but natural, teardrop shape to each breast. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits.

Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars are fading, and her nipple sensation has nearly returned fully.
