Before and after mastopexy (breast lift) in a 23 year old woman. While she had not yet had any children, her breasts were drooping severely from their weight and creating chronic strain on her neck and back. She wanted to be slightly smaller than her current bra cup size, but mostly she wanted to be lifted so that she didn’t have to physically lift her breasts up to have relief.

A mastopexy and small breast reduction removed some heavy breast tissue and created a major reshaping of her breasts. Since she was still planning on having children in her future, a strong connection was kept between the nipple and areola and the rest of her breast tissue.

Whereas before surgery, most of her breast tissue hung below the fold of her breast, after her breast lift it is all residing ABOVE the breast fold. Early follow up photos are shown at 6 weeks postoperatively.
