Before and after mastopexy in a 45 year old mother of three. Her breasts had lost some weight (which she preferred) after having children but she did not appreciate the associated drooping.

She wished to have a breast lift with a very subtle breast reduction, which she felt would better fit her thin frame. She wanted to look natural and did not want an implant.

A mastopexy (breast lift) incorporated a small reduction of volume and helped to even out her preoperative breast asymmetry. Note the left breast was larger and hung lower than the right before surgery.

Follow up photos are shown at 10 months after surgery. Whereas the majority of her breast tissue hung lower than the inframammary fold (the fold under the breast) before surgery, after surgery most of her breast is sitting higher than the fold.

She has a natural and proportional result, and she only wears a bra to conceal her nipples. She feels “more like myself” and is so happy with her decision!
