Before and after bilateral mastopexy in a 47 year old woman. She wanted the look of wearing a bra without wearing a bra, but did not want the fake look of implants. She was an ideal candidate for a breast lift!
A breast lift reshaped her breast tissue, repositioned her nipples, and liposuction debulked her back fat/bra roll area. Follow up photos are shown six months after surgery. She is doing scar therapy and understands her incisions will fade over the next six months.
