42-year-old woman with breast sagging, nipple droop and excess fat in the axillary roll (armpit) and bra roll areas. A mastopexy with additional liposuction lifted and reshaped her breasts, created better definition to the sides of her breasts and armpit/back roll areas, and generated a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance to her breasts overall.
