Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 35-year-old woman with breast asymmetry. She didn’t want her breasts to be too small – she was mostly looking for a major lift and reshaping.
A breast reduction removed a little less than a pound of breast tissue from each breast. Her remaining breast was reshaped and lifted using the auto-augmentation mastopexy technique. Liposuction removed unwanted fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
At the same time, she chose to also have liposuction from her neck, abdomen and flanks to compliment her results. Follow up photos are shown 18 months after surgery. Her scars are mature, and she loves her results – and not having to wear a bra!
