Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 24-year-old woman. She wanted a moderate reduction in her breast size and a major lift!
Three quarters of a pound of breast tissue was removed from the bottom and sides of each breast. We always send breast tissue to the Pathology lab at CPMC (California Pacific Medical Center) for analysis – only once has a breast cancer been found, which our patient considered a blessing!
The remaining breast tissue was lifted and reshaped internally using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls. Early follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery.
