Before and after bilateral breast lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 37-year-old woman. As part of her Mommy Makeover, she wanted to have her breasts significantly reshaped and “lifted up higher.” She was also planning to have liposuction of her abdomen and flanks at the same time, so adding on a mastopexy to her upcoming recovery made sense!
Her breasts were opened up internally, but no breast tissue was removed – only excess lower pole skin. Internally, her breast architecture was rearranged internally and reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with mature scars and her final results. Even with a fifteen pound weight gain, her breasts have held up their shape, fullness and proportional result.
