Before and after bilateral breast lift with liposuction of the bra rolls (axillary rolls) as part of a post-weight loss surgery makeover. This procedure was not only her Mommy Makeover, but her “Nana Makeover,” as her eldest child had just had twins!
The auto-augmentation technique was used to lift and reshape her breasts, removing only skin and permanently relocating her breast tissue higher up on her chest. Liposuction permanently removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
At the same time, she underwent an abdominoplasty and liposuction in other areas of her body to complete her makeover.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She has a new outlook on being an active, fit, healthy Grandmother – with perky breasts – and the option to not wear a bra!
