Before and after bilateral breast lift in a 38-year-old woman. Her breasts had become deflated and devoid of their former round shape after having children and breastfeeding for years. She did not necessarily want to be bigger-breasted, just to be lifted. A mastopexy was the best procedure for her!

Her breast tissue was rearranged internally to create a perkier breast shape using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction of the axillary rolls (armpit fat and bra rolls) permanently removed the fat that poked out from her tank tops and caused a bulge above her sports bra.

Long term follow up photos are shown 3 years after surgery. Her scars are now mature; she loves her perkier and natural looking breasts.
