Before and after liposuction of the outer thighs in a 47 year old woman. She was slender in general, but held on to excess fat in her outer thigh region, known as the “saddlebags”. 750 cc of fat (the volume of a bottle of wine) was removed through tiny incisions that faded gradually with time.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery. She kept her nice shape, just had less fat in the outer thigh region.
