Before and after liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, pubic region and inner thighs in a 39-year-old woman who was planning to have her breast implants removed and a breast lift. She had gained weight and then lost it, but some stubborn fat remained - and she needed a little help!
Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpit regions, abdomen, anterior flanks and upper inner thighs. After surgery, she became more active and ended up losing additional weight, which further enhanced her body contouring results.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery, with mature scars, a very pleasing and feminine contour - and a very happy patient!
