Before and after liposuction of the inner and outer thighs and buttock roll (banana roll) in a 35-year-old woman. She knew she was “pear-shaped,” and she embraced her curves, but she wanted to have a slightly less full area in the posterior hips and thighs.
Liposuction permanently removed 2700 cc of fat from these areas during an hour-and-a-half-long outpatient procedure performed under general anesthesia. After surgery, she wore compression garments under her clothes, transitioning to shapewear once the bruising had resolved.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with her long-term results.
