One of the things that makes our practice unique is that we are the ONLY ALL-WOMAN Plastic Surgery Practice and Reconstructive Microsurgery specialists in San Francisco, the Bay Area, Northern California and possibly the United States!
When I joined this practice in 2006, an all-woman Plastic Surgery practice was nearly unheard of in the medical community. Some of my associates moved on, I took over the practice in 2010.
As a unique all-woman Plastic Surgery team, many women come to us specifically for advanced methods of breast reconstruction, including implants in a single-stage and Microsurgical techniques such as the DIEP flap, SIEA flap and TUG (inner thigh) free flap.
Our practice specializes in all types of surgery of the breasts in addition to the body and the aging face.
Other women specifically seek a mother of twins’ care for other Moms for their Mommy Makeover. This spectrum of procedures includes breast augmentations, breast lifts or reductions, tummy tucks (abdominoplasties) and liposuction, in addition to labiaplasty.
Our office offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Medical-Grade Skin Care, Botox Cosmetic and Dysport, dermal fillers including Restylane, Perlane and Juvederm XC, and LATISSE eyelash-lengthening treatment (that really works! Just ask any of our Doctors or Staff).
The newest addition to our non-surgical treatments includes Hydrosal, a topical therapy for “hyperhidrosis” (overexcessive sweating). Future blog posts will describe this therapy in more detail.
Our office staff is also all women who have been in the industry for up to 17 years. Our female patients find they are welcomed into an environment where they feel completely at ease and comfortable discussing their bodies, body image issues and how they wish to improve or change something, no matter how minor, in order to achieve their personal goals.
