If you’ve spent any time in our San Francisco Plastic Surgery office, there’s a good chance you’ve already felt our Front Office Coordinator Niloo’s warmth, “unreasonable hospitality” and fantastic sense of humor. She loves “The Ladies” she works with and the easy camaraderie of a team that truly has each other’s backs—something that makes every day with Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Karen Horton even more rewarding.

Niloo’s fun fact always gets a smile: she used to be afraid of dogs and didn’t like bacon—now she loves both. If she weren’t in aesthetics, she imagines she’d be a firefighter or EMT, channeling that same blend of courage, quick thinking, and care for others into a different kind of front-line work.

In the practice, one of Niloo’s favorite procedures to be involved with is upper eyelid blepharoplasty. She loves the “instant gratification” of seeing someone look more refreshed and awake almost immediately. Outside the operating room, her top non-surgical picks are BOTOX® and filler “all day long,” along with skincare staples like Phloretin CF and HQ pads to keep results looking their best.

Patients often ask Niloo what she wouldn’t recommend. For her, fat transfer isn’t a favorite—she finds it less predictable and potentially more complicated over time. Instead, she encourages people to talk openly with their Plastic Surgeon about long-term goals, maintenance, and what will truly serve them in the future.

When asked for her best advice, Niloo keeps it simple and sincere: surround yourself with amazing support, bring a great attitude, and trust the process. She has over three decades of experience in the Plastic Surgery field and has assumed a multifaceted role in the practice, helping with direct patient care in nearly every setting!  With that mindset—and a team like Dr. Karen Horton’s behind you—you’re already on the right path.
